This role will be based out of our Battery Production Site Office at Faridabad, Haryana, Delhi, India.

About the Role



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Finance Executive / Senior Accountant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and audit processes, along with hands-on experience in managing accounts in a manufacturing setup. The role also requires

willingness to travel to other office locations

when required.

Key Responsibilities



1. Financial Reporting



Prepare accurate and timely financial reports Book monthly financial entries and ensure data accuracy Ensure compliance with reporting standards & SOPs Conduct daily & monthly bank reconciliations Process reimbursements and fund requests Handle inter-company & vendor reconciliations Monitor expenditures against budget Provide support in customs & FEMA-related matters Assist in monthly financial reporting and inter-department reporting

2. Accounts Payable/Receivable



Process and book all vendor & customer invoices Manage vendor payments Perform customer and vendor reconciliations Ensure accuracy in invoice processing

3. Tax Compliance



Prepare and file GST & TDS returns Ensure accuracy in tax calculations Maintain compliance with tax deadlines Coordinate with tax consultants

4. Audit Support



Assist in audit preparation (internal & external) Support audit findings resolution and compliance Handle statutory, inventory, and financial audits Ensure audit trail accuracy

5. System Enhancements



Support ERP/automation system implementation Train team members on system usage Reduce manual errors and improve efficiency

6. Cash Flow & Budget Management



Assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring Support financial budgets and inter-department coordination Conduct variance analysis and cost-control initiatives

7. Regulatory Compliance



Ensure adherence to financial regulations & reporting requirements Support compliance audits and staff training

8. Financial Analysis & Cost Control



Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions Identify cost-saving opportunities Monitor budget vs. actual performance

9. Other Finance Department Tasks



Handle inventory management, vendor management, and support for customs-related matters Willing to travel to other office locations as required

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) MBA (Finance) or Semi-qualified CA (Inter) preferred 5-6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, and monthly closure activities Experience in costing & cash flow projections Good knowledge of direct & indirect taxes and return filings Proficiency in inventory & vendor management Hands-on experience in statutory/inventory audits Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems (preferred) Knowledge of Accounting Standards (GAAP & Ind-AS) Flexibility and willingness to travel across office locations

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
