Job Description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing and managing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards specific to the mineral industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth expertise in Tally, strong data management skills, and a thorough understanding of financial management practices relevant to the mining and minerals sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for mining operations.? Maintain accurate records in Tally and ensure proper data management across all transactions.? Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.? Liaise with operations, procurement, and supply chain to optimize working capital and support cost control initiatives.? Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions using financial software, with an emphasis on mining industry requirements.? Support external and internal audits and ensure robust internal financial controls are in place.?
