The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliation, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain financial statements -- Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance including return filing and reconciliation.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement verification.
Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
Support audits (internal, statutory, and tax) by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and assist management in financial planning and budgeting.
Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all financial transactions.
Ensure confidentiality of company financial data at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel

Good understanding of
GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter).
Experience:
Minimum 2 to 5 years in finance, accounts, or audit profile.
