Job Description
A. Skills:1 Strong in MS Excel
2 Accounting
3 Excellent in communicationJD : -
? Record Keeping of SIS business i.e., invoice collection from stores, MIS from IT,
accounting entry posting in ERP etc.
? Ensure timely billing for newly opened stores with follow-ups with internal and
external stakeholders.
? Preparing monthly financial SIS review decks with clear input around specific
actionable
? Verification data and print all invoices and send it across all SIS partners.
? Driving the key KPIs of SIS business
? Subsequent checking of e-invoices generation through BDO portal.
? Checking vendor bills with underlying docs and COA.
? Vendor Invoice checking and Processing PO - Follow up with vendor for GST
and tax compliance part.
Pre-Requisite: -
? Analytical mind with attention to detail
? Well-equipped in MS Excel
? Must have at least 2 years of experience.in retail.
