Role Overview
As a
Financial Officer
, you will be responsible for managing the organization's financial planning, controls, and reporting. This role requires a balance of operational finance and strategic thinking. You will work closely with leadership to ensure financial sustainability, compliance, and efficient utilization of resources across multiple programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow for organizational initiatives
Maintain financial records, tracking expenses, reimbursements, and project-wise allocations
Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for leadership review
Support compliance, documentation, and coordination with auditors and consultants (non-legal)
Monitor fund utilization for incubation, education, and innovation programs
Assist in grant, funding, and partnership-related financial documentation
Ensure transparency and financial discipline across teams and projects
Support financial forecasting and long-term sustainability planning
