. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a
GST & Finance Operations Executive
to strengthen our finance team and support new growth opportunities.
This role focuses on
GST compliance, reconciliation, and accounting operations
, working closely with the founder and external CA to ensure accurate records and timely filings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile data for
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9
Reconcile
Zoho Books with GST portal
Track and reconcile
GST TCS and cash ledger
Match
GSTR-2B with purchase invoices
for ITC
Verify vendor invoices for GST correctness (GSTIN, rate, HSN, tax breakup)
Enter and review purchase and sales data in
Zoho Books
Perform
monthly bank reconciliation
Maintain invoice and GST documentation
Coordinate with CA for GST filings, audits, and compliance
Identify and flag mismatches or compliance risks proactively
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2-4 years of experience in GST and finance operations
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
Strong Excel skills
Good understanding of GST (CGST, SGST, IGST, ITC, TCS)
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable with
work-from-home / digital tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
