Build and foster relationships with financial institutions and lenders. 2) Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts, with a focus on debt-related activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 3) Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including those related to debt syndication. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. 4) Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, especially those tied to debt transactions. Manage vendor relationships in the context of debt financing. 5) Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations related to debt transactions. Monitor cash flow and manage cash positions about debt and other financial activities. 6) Tax Compliance: Collaborate with tax consultants to ensure compliance with tax regulations related to debt and financial management. Prepare and file tax returns as required for debt-related activities. 7) Audit Coordination: Facilitate internal and external audits related to debt financing and other financial operations. Address audit queries and implement audit recommendations. 8) Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis specific to debt syndication and other financial activities to support strategic decisions. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance. 9) Document Management: Maintain organized records of debt agreements, financial statements, and related documentation. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports, bills, and relevant documents.
