As a

Finance Executive

, you will:
Be a custodian of integrity, ensuring all financial transactions reflect transparency, accuracy, and compliance Lead by example, providing support and guidance to your team with a hands-on approach that fosters learning and confidence Drive financial excellence by optimizing costs, improving profitability, and supporting operational performance Collaborate across departments to create business value by delivering actionable financial insights and analysis Champion innovation, using technology, automation, and smart reporting to elevate the function beyond traditional roles Ensure statutory and internal compliance standards are met in a timely and efficient manner Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
We are looking for someone who is:

Analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to interpret data and translate it into action Strategic-minded, understanding how finance integrates into the broader goals of the business Proficient in hotel finance systems (e.g., Sun, Opera, Micros, SAP) and up to date with modern finance tools and reporting platforms A people leader, who can coach and inspire their team to develop and perform at their best Communicative and collaborative, able to partner effectively with other departments and senior leadership Genuinely passionate about hospitality, and the role finance plays in delivering an exceptional guest experience Comfortable with fast-paced environments, tight deadlines, and high standards
