Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities o Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books and Tally

  • Handle end-to-end accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation to ensure clean books
  • Manage and update finance trackers on Excel and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST filings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance data and maintain proper documentation
  • Support budgeting by tracking expenses, monitoring fund allocation, and reporting variances
  • Respond to internal financial queries and ensure smooth finance operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent accuracy, documentation, and financial record-keeping skills
  • Good understanding of GST processes and statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across teams
