Position Overview

Based at Mumbai at Kurla, India location, in order to strengthen our Finance team we are currently seeking an:

Sr. Executive / Executive - Finance

(Mumbai, India)

Reporting directly to the Head - Finance and contributes to the overall success of the organization by supporting in finance operations and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

• Statutory Compliances - Direct Tax - (TDS) & Indirect Tax. (GST)
• Preparation of monthly accounting schedules, reconciliation (BRS - Tally)
• Secretarial compliances with coordination of company secretory. (ROC filing)
• Month end closing activities involving provisions, Inter Company reconciliations, Stock accounting and other closing activities.
• Maintenance of Puratos Bakery School records, all reporting and compliances pertaining to it.
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Schedule, timely recording of Assets capitalization, Depreciation and physical verification.
• Assisting in Statutory and Internal Audits.
• Cash flow statement preparation.
• Bank reconciliations.

• B'com / M com with 5-7 years exp
• Hands on - SAP R/3 knowledge
• Need to have excel proficiency
