Job Description
Qualification:
MBA (Finance) or Chartered Financial Analyst or Chartered Accountant
(Above qualification with LL.B. in Corporate Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act knowledge will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Evaluation of various financial statements
- Independently Preparing financial statements / project report/ cash flow/ fund flow statement etc.
- Making representation to the Banks along with the seniors w.r.t. clients matters for negotiating settlement of the loan facilities / organising funding for the clients
- Maintaining follow ups with the banks & reporting to the senior
- Coordination with new Clients to understand their legal / financial requirement and giving a brief understanding about the funding possibilities. Taking up the matter with seniors.
- Arranging client meetings & follow up of pending / unattended client enquiries
- Drafting Resolution Plans required to be submitted to the Committee of Creditors under the IBC Act.
- Attending NCLT court in designated matters.
- Co-ordination with the advocates/ counsels w.r.t. the clients matters.
