1-3 years of relevant experience
and a background in
Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
. Prior experience in the
export industry
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
day-to-day accounting entries
including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Maintain books of accounts using
Tally
or similar accounting software.
Prepare and file
GST returns
, handle
TDS payments
, and ensure all statutory compliance.
Generate and manage
e-Way Bills
accurately for dispatches.
Perform
bank reconciliations
and monitor daily cash flow.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
Assist in
monthly and annual closing
of books.
Coordinate with
auditors
, consultants, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate
documentation and filing
of invoices, bills, tax records, and logistics-related documents.
Support export-related accounting documentation and entries when required.
