Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with timelines.
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for statutory audits.
Maintain records for income tax, GST, and other compliance requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.
Support in budgeting, cost analysis, and variance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect taxes.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.
Good command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
