Maintain books of accounts and records in Tally
Record all income, expenses, payments, and receipts
Handle vendor payments, salaries, reimbursements, and other company payments
Obtain director approvals before processing payments
Generate and issue invoices and track collections
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Track and control company expenses
Maintain proper financial documentation and vouchers
Assist with GST entries, returns, and compliance support
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants
Prepare payment details and obtain director approvals before execution
Ensure timely processing of all approved payments
Maintain records of payment schedules and outstanding dues
Compliance & Statutory Work
Assist in GST accounting, returns preparation, and data reconciliation
Ensure compliance with basic statutory and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for filings and audits
Maintain records required for audits and compliance checks
Banking & Statutory Work
Handle all bank-related activities, including:
Cheque deposits and issuance
Online banking transactions
Bank documentation and correspondence
Opening and maintenance of bank accounts
Coordinate with banks for loans, guarantees, and other formalities (if applicable)
Ensure timely processing of statutory and financial requirements
Reporting & Support
Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports
Support management with required financial and admin data
Maintain confidentiality of company financial and administrative information
Basic Admin Duties
Maintain basic office files, records, and documentation
Handle routine office coordination and internal communication
Assist in maintaining attendance and basic employee records
Manage petty cash records and small office expenses
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for day-to-day office needs
Support management with basic administrative tasks and follow-ups
Ensure proper filing of bills, invoices, and office documents
Support smooth day-to-day office functioning
