Key Mandatory Skills

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in Tally

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations in Tally Execute adjustment entries in Tally as and when required Perform TDS and GST due calculations every month Ensure GST and TDS are paid by the company in a timely manner Maintaining a clear and concise log of pro forma invoices, petty cash book, and release orders as issued by the company On boarding various vendors Getting in touch with clients in case of payments delay Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Assist senior accountants and C.A. in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects

Additional Skills

a. Deep understanding of Tally - shortcuts, features, etc.

b. Ability to go through lots of data and organize the same quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
