Job Purpose:
To manage Accounts Receivable activities including bank reconciliation, duty credit handling, refunds and rebates, web DCR processing, and TDS reconciliation, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate financial records.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Accounts Receivable activities, including Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) reconciliation.
Upload Duty Credit Notes (CNs) accurately and within defined timelines.
Handle Duty Refund and Rebate processing (approximately 560 transactions per month).
Process and monitor Web DCR entries (approximately 2,500 transactions per month).
Conduct TDS reconciliation and ensure proper accounting and compliance.
Follow up on outstanding duties (Duty OS) and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely closure.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.
Identify discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master's in
commerce / accounting / finance
Relevant experience in
Accounts Receivable or Finance operations
