Join Shipco IT as an Executive Finance

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance executive who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

What You'll Do...

Maintain financial records:

Vendor/Sale invoices, GL entries - prepaid, provisions, FAR, payments and tracking of payments.

Maintain Financial Accuracy:

Record & document transactions with precision, ensuring reliable financial data, bank payments, preparation of PO, etc.

Support Reporting:

Assist in preparing Monthly Management Reports, invoices, budgets and other internal reports.

Ensure Compliance:

Monitor statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.) and adherence to internal controls.

Scrutinize & Analyze:

Review accounts, support payable/receivable functions, and manage general ledger activities.

What You'll Need...

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle). Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exposure to advance tax calculations, secretarial compliance and basic understanding of transfer pricing will be an added advantage.
