Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Pune office. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in managing core financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate Tally bookkeeping: accounts payable, receivable, and journal vouchers (JV)
- Prepare and interpret financial statements, balance sheets, and profitability reports
- Oversee billing cycles, recovery tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Develop comparison reports, MIS dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership
- Ensure timely GST filings, income tax returns, and ROC compliance
- Manage petty cash, expense reimbursements, and departmental expense tracking
- Supervise inward/outward entries, vehicle maintenance logs, and Fastag monitoring
- Support employee expense management and promote financial discipline across teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting (corporate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Strong grasp of GST, Income Tax, and ROC regulations
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficientl
