- Finance Executive/Manager



Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance professional to manage budgeting, project costing, contract reviews, invoicing, and statutory compliances. The role requires strong financial analysis skills, knowledge of accounting software (Tally), and understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



1. Budgeting & Financial Planning



Prepare annual and project-wise budgets in coordination with department heads.

Monitor actual performance against budget, identify variances, and report to management.

Forecast cash flow requirements for projects and operations.

Ensure optimal allocation of resources within approved budgets.

2. Project Costing & Analysis



Maintain detailed project cost sheets, tracking expenses against approved estimates.

Monitor direct and indirect costs, overhead allocations, and profitability.

Perform cost-benefit analysis to support project feasibility and decision-making.

Highlight cost overruns, inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.

3. Contract Review & Summary



Review financial terms in contracts (payment milestones, penalties, retention, escalation clauses).

Prepare concise contract summaries highlighting key commercial and compliance aspects.

Ensure contracts are aligned with approved budgets and financial policies.

Coordinate with legal/commercial teams for risk assessment of financial obligations.

4. Invoicing & Revenue Management



Prepare and issue client invoices as per contract terms and project progress.

Track invoice status, ensure timely collection, and reconcile with accounts receivable.

Monitor GST/tax compliance in invoicing and reporting.

Maintain MIS for outstanding receivables, follow-up on overdue payments.

5. Reporting & Compliance



Prepare monthly MIS (Budget vs Actual, Project profitability, Cash flow).

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Support statutory audits and provide necessary documentation.

6. Cross-functional Coordination



Work closely with operations, procurement, and project teams for real-time financial tracking.

Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, vendors, auditors, banks).

Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

7. Statutory Compliance & Reporting(optional)



Ensure accurate accounting of GST, TDS, and other statutory liabilities. Support for Statutory Filing and maintain compliance records. Support statutory audits and provide necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies



Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools. MBA in Finance Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. knowledge of

Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
