Job Description

A finance executive manages an organization's financial health by overseeing daily transactions, preparing reports, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Financial Management:

Oversee daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Budgeting & Planning:

Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and monitor performance against established goals.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant tax and statutory regulations, including assisting with tax filings and audits.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow effectively.

Financial Guidance:

Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments and senior management.

Risk Management:

Manage financial risks and identify potential financial opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments to align financial activities with overall business objectives and support sales and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field is typically required.

Experience:

Proven experience in a finance or related role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Adaptability:
