Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Accounts Management: Manage and maintain all financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Tax and Compliance: Handle ITR filing and ensure compliance with GST regulations. Stay updated with new tax laws and financial regulations.
Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements to all staff.
Supplier & Payment Management: Oversee supplier accounts, including invoice verification, payment processing, and cheque management. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key financial performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is the Basic qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in organizational accounts management, ITR filing, GST regulations, payroll, and supplier payment management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Based in or near Kochi to ensure consistent daily reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
