About Us



We are looking for a diligent and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing team. This role demands a solid understanding of core accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting tools, and familiarity with statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple financial functions efficiently.



Responsibilities

Day-to-day bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Accounting operations using TallyPrime and ZOHO Books.

Preparing and managing billing, invoicing, and related documentation.

Timely and accurate statutory filings:

ESI, PF, TDS, GST.



Handling petty cash accounting and maintaining related documentation.

Reconciling travel reimbursements and expense claims.

Preparation of regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Using MS Excel and MS Office tools for reports and documentation.

Effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.



Candidates who have worked in a CA firm will be given preference.



Hands-on experience with TallyPrime, ZOHO Books, and MS Excel.



Working knowledge of GST and TDS filings is highly desirable.



Strong understanding of statutory compliance and documentation.



Excellent organizational and communication skills.



Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
