We are looking for a

Finance Executive

who is diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting processes, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records in Tally. Generate GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and raise Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with relevant departments. Follow up for Proforma Invoices (PI) from vendors. Manage job work orders and ensure proper recording of manufacturing conversion entries. Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and debit notes as per requirement. Assist in maintaining vendor and customer ledgers. Support monthly closing and audit-related tasks.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Com Graduate Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally (mandatory) Advanced MS Excel skills Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Candidate: Male candidate preferred for this role

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
