The Finance Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance. This role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and helps maintain the company's financial health and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and revenue performance.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain general ledgers and ensure all accounting records are up to date.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Oversee payroll, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
Track departmental spending against budgets and highlight variances.
4. Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain proper documentation and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
5. Strategic Support
Support senior management with financial analysis for business planning and investment decisions.
Evaluate financial performance of projects and initiatives.
Contribute to developing financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).ZOHO is added advantage
Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
1-3years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
