We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Finance Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time role for candidates with hands-on experience in Zoho Books, managing receivables and collections, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Zoho Books, including data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Handle employee reimbursements and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
Support audits and assist in preparing necessary financial documentation.
Ensure timely filing of invoices, expense claims, and tax submissions.
Manage receivables and collections to ensure timely cash flow.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll is a must.
Strong understanding of banking operations, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be based in Bangalore and open to attending in-person meetings as required.
