Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
Record and reconcile financial transactions (payables, receivables, bank statements, etc.).
Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit requirements.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control.
Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
Support payroll processing and employee-related financial matters.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
Proven experience in finance/accounting role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
