Role Overview

The

Finance Executive

will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to financial management in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain

daily accounting entries

in Tally/ERP/finance software. Assist in

budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis

. Prepare

MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis

. Support

monthly/quarterly closing

and coordination with auditors. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations

. Monitor

inventory costing, expense tracking, and financial controls

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Marketing) for financial clarity. Assist management in strategic decision-making with timely financial insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

.

2-4 years

of experience in finance/accounts (experience in F&B/retail/startup is a plus). Proficiency in

Tally ERP, Excel, and financial reporting tools

. Strong understanding of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a

fast-paced startup

environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
