Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & MIS Executive to join our team, responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and management information systems. This role combines financial expertise with data management skills to support strategic decision-making processes.



Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Conduct variance analysis and budget vs. actual reporting

Manage accounts payable/receivable processes

Assist in budget preparation and forecasting

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Maintain trackers of Invoice & PO

MIS & Reporting

Design and maintain Management Information Systems

Generate periodic MIS reports for senior management

Create dashboards and automated reporting tools

Analyze business metrics and KPIs

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems

Develop standardized reporting formats

Data Analysis & Support

Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Coordinate with various departments for data collection

Maintain financial databases and filing systems

Assist in system implementations and upgrades

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience

2-5 years of experience in finance and MIS roles

Knowledge of accounting software and databases

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Power BI, or similar analytics tools

Understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Experience with automated reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
