About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. You'll work closely with leadership to manage resources effectively and ensure financial health across all departments.

What You'll Do:


Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements


Manage budgets, cost control, and variance analysis


Oversee cash flow planning and risk assessment


Ensure tax, audit, and legal compliance


Lead internal financial audits and implement process improvements


Support strategic decision-making with financial insights

What We're Looking For:


2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (preferably in retail or FMCG)


Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and compliance


Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other ERP software


Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)


Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills


Bachelor's in Finance/Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
