Explain finance options, loan schemes, and EMI plans to customers.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for car loan processing.
Collect required documents from customers and verify them for accuracy.
Ensure quick loan approvals and timely disbursal for vehicle delivery.
Maintain healthy relationships with finance partners and update about latest schemes.
Cross-sell value-added products like insurance, extended warranty, etc.
Maintain MIS reports of finance penetration, approvals, and rejections.
Achieve monthly finance targets set by the management.
Assist sales team in converting walk-in customers into finance customers.
Ensure compliance with RBI, bank, and company policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of auto loans, banking, and finance products.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Customer handling and persuasion ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MIS, Emailing).
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Management preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Auto Finance / Banking / NBFC.
Fresher with strong finance knowledge & interest can also apply.
Local candidates with good market knowledge will be preferred.
