About the role: The suitable finance executive will be working directly with VP of Finance (Ahmedabad). Job timing: 2 PM IST till 11 PM IST 3+ Years of experience Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: Activities and support the management to achieve its financial targets and business goals. Computation of Incentives of Employees based on their respective KPIs and processing the payroll only for US employees. Reconciliation of Accounts payables and taking necessary action on any discrepancies found during the reconciliation Calculating and maintaining documents for Referral payments Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Reconcile revenue streams Filing of Employment forms and making sure necessary taxes are paid along with timely communication with the Local authorities Desired Candidate Profile: CA Certified preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Advanced MS Excel skills Understanding the fundamentals of Finance Excellent Analytical and Numerical skills Sharp time management skills Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data Problem-solving attitude Well-versed in English communication Ability to adapt to new changes Why Adit We trust our people and offer completely remote opportunities.
