Key Responsibilities:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in line with legal and company guidelines
Review expenses, payroll records, and related financial data as assigned
Update financial databases for accuracy and accessibility
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing activities
Assist with additional accounting projects as needed
Requirements for Success:
Proven experience in Accounts/Finance
Excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical ability with comfort in working with numbers
Expertise in
MS Excel
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Modules
High attention to detail
Qualifications:
Education:
B.Com / M.Com (Preferred: M.Tech / MCA)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in finance or accounting roles
