We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Finance Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting, payment processing, and financial coordination for our interior design projects. The candidate will also assist project managers and site teams with documentation, order management, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Work Permissions & Coordination
Prepare and manage
work permission documentation
and email communication with clients and societies as per guidelines.
Assist in
processing payments
to contractors, vendors, and suppliers in coordination with senior finance members.
Cross-check and ensure availability of basic site requirements
such as electricity, water, and washroom facilities.
2. Tally & Accounting Management
Perform
daily Tally entries
and maintain up-to-date ledgers.
Record and reconcile
client payments, bank statements, and purchase/sales transactions.
Maintain accurate financial data and ensure timely updates for management reporting.
3. Sheet Updates & Cross-Checks
Maintain and cross-check
Paytm and conveyance expense sheets
with respective team members.
Regularly
update and verify stock sheets
for factory and office materials; report progress to the management.
Assist in
data verification and financial coordination
with project and site teams.
4. GST Work
Assist in
GSTR-1 and 3B filing and reconciliation
under the guidance of the senior finance team.
Maintain GST-related records and coordinate with accountants/auditors for compliance.
5. Order & Vendor Management
Handle
order placement, follow-ups, and tracking
for materials and office supplies.
Manage
vendor coordination, documentation, and approval processes.
Ensure timely signing and submission of relevant financial documents.
6. Office Petty Cash Management
Manage and process
office petty cash
expenses with proper approvals.
Maintain detailed
records of petty cash utilization
and support internal audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
2-4 years of experience
in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
Hands-on experience in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Background:
Experience in
interior design, construction, or project-based industries
will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of
GST filing and reconciliation
processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
