Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, including invoicing, payroll processing, taxation, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP and possess a strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage client/vendor invoices and ensure timely follow-ups on payments. Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements. Manage taxation compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Ensure accurate and timely statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP and ensure all entries are recorded properly. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and reports. Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections. Liaise with external vendors, government bodies, and auditors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Good understanding of statutory compliance and tax regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Tally or payroll systems. Experience in working with small to mid-sized companies or accounting firms.
