We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Accounts Executive with 6 months -1.5 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the company's financial health. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and journals

Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts

Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Execute

daily/monthly bank reconciliations

and manage cash transactions.

Handle all aspects of

Accounts Receivable (AR)

, including invoicing.

Manage the full

Accounts Payable (AP)

cycle, including processing vendor invoices and preparing payments.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in

Tally

.

Assist in maintaining organized financial records and supporting audit/compliance tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. 6 months- 2years of relevant experience.

Mandatory expertise in Tally ERP 9/Prime.

Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
