In this role, you will be required to
Fee Collection:
1. Collect fees from students who have already taken admission.
2. Ensure timely and accurate collection of fees.
3. Achieve monthly fee collection targets.
Finance-related Documentation:
1. Prepare and provide financial documents, receipts, and slips to students.
2. Maintain accurate records of fee payments.
Front Desk Maintenance:
1. Manage front desk operations efficiently.
2. Handle student queries and provide assistance.
Payment Schedule Preparation:
1. Prepare payment schedules for students.
2. Ensure timely reminders and notifications for fee payments.
Communication:
1. Communicate effectively with student counselors and students.
2. Resolve any fee-related issues or concerns.
3. Provide regular updates on fee collection and payment schedules.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Maintain confidentiality of student financial information.
2. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance fee collection efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
