About the Role
Optimum Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
with hands-on Tally experience. You'll play a key role in managing daily accounting processes, supporting compliance, and contributing to timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in
Tally ERP
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Support invoice preparation and GST compliance
Assist with basic taxation and statutory filings
Prepare monthly financial summaries
Maintain accounting records and office correspondence
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- mandatory
Minimum
1 year of accounting experience
(freshers with strong Tally skills may be considered)
Practical experience in
Tally ERP (required)
Good understanding of
GST, taxation basics, and compliance
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with good
communication skills (English & Hindi)
