Job Description

We are hiring for a Finance Executive

Experience - 3 to 5 yrs

Work Location - Noida

Requirements:

1.

Timely processing of vendor payments and customer invoicing.

2. Monitoring outstanding receivables and reducing aging.

3.

Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

4. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets.

5. Monitoring actual vs. budget performance and highlighting deviations.

6. Conducting timely and accurate bank reconciliations.

7. Investigating discrepancies and ensuring corrections.

8. Ensuring all journal entries are posted accurately.

9. Periodic review of ledger balances and correcting errors.

10.

Ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).

11. Monitoring daily or weekly cash flow.

12.

Preparing cash flow projections and reporting shortages/surpluses.

13. Coordinating with store/operations teams to verify inventory.

14. Assisting in processing payroll.

15. Verifying employee reimbursements and maintaining proper documentation.

16. Identifying finance process gaps and implementing improvements.

17. Strengthening internal controls to reduce errors and fraud risk.

Cost control initiatives

MIS reporting and excellent in Advanced Excel
