Finance Executive

Role Overview:
The
Finance Executive
will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, client billing, vendor payments, and financial record keeping. The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience working in an agency environment
, with a good understanding of financial workflows, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
daily accounting operations
, including journal entries, invoices, and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain
client invoices
,
vendor bills
, and ensure timely payments and collections.
Handle
bank reconciliation, petty cash management
, and financial record keeping.
Support the team in
budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis
.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients for financial queries and documentation.
Assist in
monthly and quarterly financial reports
.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,280.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
