JOB PURPOSE
Assisting with the preparation of weekly or monthly financial reports and creating standardized report templates.
Preparation of cost centre report on monthly basis which forms base for MIS.
MIS files for respective departments which includes marketing, operations and P&C.
MS Excel skills (advanced excel)
Basic Presentation skills.
Interacting with other departments, if required for desired data collection.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create financial dashboards
Additional Duties
To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director.

CONTEXT
(a) Operating Environment:
Day to day activity management with human resource, IT & ADP team and keeping a track of all activities and maintaining timely closure.
(b) Framework & Boundaries:
Month end closing activities in relation to payroll and fixed assets, TAT management, Abide by the Finance, HR & ABC policies.
RELATIONSHIP
Frequent communication with HR, IT & ADP.
Maintaining a regular and close contact with all employees for their payroll related queries.
