To facilitate vehicle loan processing for customers by coordinating with finance institutions, offering financing solutions based on customer needs, and ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursal to support vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Financing Guidance
Explain car loan options, interest rates, EMI, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Suggest the most suitable finance schemes based on the customer's profile.
Generate EMI quotations using tools or partner portals.
Loan Application Processing
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.).
Submit applications to banks/NBFCs for approval.
Coordinate with the customer and finance companies for quick disbursal.

Sales Support
Support the sales team to close deals by offering instant finance solutions.
Promote finance offers or campaigns to help boost conversions.
Upsell insurance, extended warranty, and value-added services (if required).

Reporting & Targets
Maintain daily reports of financed deals, approvals, rejections, and follow-ups.
Work toward achieving monthly finance targets.
Report customer issues, delays, or process.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any stream); MBA in Finance is a plus
Experience:
1-3 years in vehicle finance, loan processing, or automobile dealership preferred
Freshers
with strong communication and finance interest can also apply (training will be provided)
