Job Description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Monthly Flash & Report back: Preparing and Ensuring basic hygiene of all base files monthly viz. Flash & Report back with FTM & YTD contribution reconciliations against LM, LY & Plan.
- Finance Review PPT: Assist in Preparation of the monthly Finance Review PPT
- Outlook Financials: Preparation of Outlook Financials after taking into account inflation & pricing assumptions
- Contribution Report: Preparation of monthly contribution report at a SKU*branch*factory level and reasons for variance
- Fixed Cost analysis - Submission of monthly MIS on Fixed Cost to Category Finance Manager in comparison with LY and Plan in the approved template
- Preparation of conversion Cost Sheets including Product-wise Costing
- Freight related analysis \xe2\x80\x93 Tracking K1 - Review of Freight Cost/Kg and truck loadability.
- Preparation of Cost Savings Actions status report
- Plan related work: Preparation of Plan Standard cost file taking into account all future changes in the coming year, inflation assumptions for RMPM at a plant level
- Preparation of monthly reports at various formats for COO, Corporate finance, Central Finance,
- Passing necessary entries for Inventory Write off in SAP
