Finance Executive, Social networking Company, Bangalore
Job Summary: A leading social networking company is looking to hire SQ CA/CA for the role of Finance Executive with 1+ year of experience post articleship who will be managing and overseeing day-to-day accounting and finance process. They will be responsible for MIS reporting, support audit process and compliance management, creating SOPs and process automation and candidates with critical thinking, problem solving.

Designation: Finance Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain books accurately in real-time.
• Manage end-to-end revenue accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage expense accounting, vendor coordination, invoice validation, and payments.
• Support monthly payroll processing and related accounting.
• Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, payment gateway, wallets, internal reports, etc.).
• Assist in treasury operations including payment processing & cash flow tracking.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers (GST, TDS, PF, PT, etc.) and support execution.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation workings.
• Support monthly book closure activities (accruals, provisions, prepaids, checks).
• Prepare MIS inputs, schedules, and assist in final reporting.
• Assist in annual audits, provide schedules, data, and responses to auditors.
• Contribute to SOP drafting, process improvement, and automation wherever possible.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA / Semi Qualified CA with 1-3 years of post qualification experience in Finance process
• Hands on experience in accounting, Compliance, reporting, payroll
• Strong fundamentals in Ind AS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Zoho ERP software
• Ability to think logically and solve problems independently
• Accountability and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Qualified CA / Semi Qualified CA
Experience: 1+ years of post qualification experience in finance role
Working days: Monday to Friday
