We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Bangalore. As an
Accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounting, preparing financial reports, and
ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Present financial reports (MIS) to management for review.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation and file tax returns such as GST, TDS, and Income tax on monthly/quarterly basis.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to management based on analysis findings.

• Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing activities including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.

• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships including invoicing, payments, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 - 4 yrs after graduation.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zohobooks or QuickBooks.

• Understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
