Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and coordinate with
financial consultancies
and investment partners
Build and manage relationships with
individual and institutional investors
Prepare and present
investment proposals, ROI models, and funding plans
for real estate projects
Coordinate end-to-end
fund mobilization
for land and property developments
Track investor commitments, follow-ups, and closures
Work closely with legal and operations teams for
investment documentation
Maintain accurate financial records and investor reports
Analyze market trends and funding opportunities in real estate
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in
finance coordination / investment relations / real estate finance
Strong understanding of
real estate investment structures
Experience dealing with
financial consultants, brokers, or wealth managers
Good knowledge of
ROI calculations, cash flow, and funding models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reports, and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in Finance / CA Inter / CFA (or relevant finance qualification)
Prior experience in
real estate developers or investment firms
Existing network of
investors or financial consultants
