Support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization by assisting with accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative finance tasks. This role works closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
Prepare and update financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and variance analysis
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on finance-related matters
Support audits by gathering documentation and responding to requests
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations
Perform general administrative tasks related to finance operations
