: Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and pending cases to ensure smooth transactions.
Sales and finance collaboration
: Work closely with the sales team to align finance options with customer requirements and facilitate vehicle delivery.
Reporting
: Track and report daily finance activities and loan status to management.
Problem-solving
: Resolve any finance-related queries from customers or internal teams promptly.

: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
