About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with 1-3 years of experience in invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and financial coordination. The role involves managing client/vendor invoicing, bank payments, CRM updates, payroll coordination with U.S.-based CPAs, and supporting reporting, budgeting, and MIS preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client/vendor invoicing and records
Execute bank payments through online portals
Coordinate and follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Schedule meetings, prepare MoMs, and track action items
Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce or similar) data
Coordinate payroll with U.S. CPAs and assist in reporting
Handle bookkeeping, MIS, budgeting, and management accounting
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
MBA in Finance or Administration (preferred)
Skills & Attributes:
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills
Experience with
online banking and initiating payments
Effective communication (email and verbal)
CRM handling (Salesforce preferred)
Good command over accounting and reports preparation
