Finance Coordinator – Accounts And Inventory, Lucknow

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Maintain, update records of inventory and fixed assets across locations and departments.

2. Support accounting entries in Tally Prime.

3. Assist in stock reconciliation, asset verification, and periodic audits.

5. Maintain proper documentation for purchases, inward/outward movement, transfers, and asset registers.

6. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for inventory and asset-related requirements.

7. Prepare and update inventory, asset, and finance-related reports using MS Excel.

8. Support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting and record-keeping tasks.

9. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all records and documentation.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Graduate in Commerce2. Freshers may apply; prior experience in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.

3. Command of Tally Prime.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

5. Pleasant personality and ability to multitask

6. This is a full-time offline position based at our head office in Lucknow. The candidate should either be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
