Position Overview
We are seeking Finance Controlling Manager at our plant based in Vasai (Mumbai). You will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, bridge between business units and corporate finance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands comprehensive understanding of Indian financial regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:Manage overall finance, accounting and controlling activities Act as primary interface between Business Units & Corporate Finance Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and group requirements Lead cost and efficiency analyses and define corrective action plans Optimize financial activities at site level, including project & cost monitoring

Financial ControllingDrive cost management at product and cost-center levels. Manage quality-related costs (scrap, customer claims, blocked inventory, etc.). Monitor and control CAPEX investments. Manage Net Working Capital (inventory, receivables, and payables). Ensure financial authorizations are executed in line with delegation of authority rules. Facilitate internal and external audits and present annual financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.

Budget & Forecasting:Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to management

Treasury & Tax:Oversee treasury activities including banking, payments, financing, and cash management Manage insurance matters at site level Ensure tax compliance in coordination with Group Tax

Management & Finance ToolsPrepare and lead periodic management reviews at entity and division levels. Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Ensure effective use of Linxens finance systems and tools. Act as key user for ERP and HFM systems at site level.

Qualification6 years of working experience as Finance Controlling Manager ideally in industrial / manufacturing sector Master / Bachelors in Finance and CA OR CMA certified Expertise in controlling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, etc Experience in Indian financial regulations, taxation, and compliance along with audits, CAPEX, Net Working Captial and internal controls Proficient with ERP and financial reporting systems (HFM) Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills Fluent in English
